Hi!Hi again, fellow vegan mama!Hi Vegan Mama, It's been awhile since I've been in touch. You know how life goes... time just rushes out from under us. It seems like I have stretches where I have more space to be able to reach out and then other times when I'm just socked in with homeschooling three kids. I have so many things I want to share with you, all the time, and I hope to be able to get them to you often as possible. Vegan Strawberry Shortcake![]() Do you still have fresh strawberries at your market? We're have a month or so more of u-picking available in California. If you're past it, shortcakes can be made with so many different kinds of fruit-- my favorites are raspberries, blackberries, blueberries peaches, and nectarines.
