I designed this vegan pregnancy course to give you support throughout this exciting and terrifying time. It's not like a babycenter email; I'm not going to tell what your body is experiencing during each month or how much your baby is growing. I'll leave that to the experts.

Instead we talk about the big emotional stages that you might experience during pregnancy, answer common questions, give you a healthy recipe, and discuss the health benefits of one type of food each month.
