After growing and birthing two of my own, I decided we all need a vegan pregnancy information course. I subscribed to the standard newsletters with updates on how big a fruit my fetus was that week, what questions I should be asking my doctors, and discussing my nutrition needs. The medical experts are great for that kind of information.

What I didn't find was a lot of support for vegans, natural parenting, or much alternative parenting in general. And so, I made one!

Each month I cover the big emotional leaps I made with my pregnancies at that stage, feature a healthy plant based food that will help nurture your baby, answer a question that a reader submitted, and give you a simple and delicious vegan recipe.
